Breen Project Management provides a fresh approach to domestic construction for the south-east.
John Breen brings over 12 years experience in construction management from site engineer through to contracts manger on large scale projects.
We consist of an association of construction professionals with expertise in all areas from design concept, quantity surveying, construction scheduling and construction stage project management.
Experience
The future of the construction industry will be very much different than the indutry which drove the "Celtic Tiger" to bursting point. The industry will need to be more organised and regulated than it was in the past. Breen Project Management believe that construction projects must be managed with the following priorities in mind;

While these headings are all extremely important priorities for the successful completeion of all construction projects it is paramount that they are treated in the order shown above.
The future of construction in Ireland will need to be aware of the environment and the necessity of providing energy efficient homes in order to protect the enviroment. With this in mind we have qualified as energy assessors and can ensure that all projects will meet or exceed the current requirements of building regulations.
