This large four bedroom dormer style dwelling was built by direct labour and managed by BreenPM. It comes with a feature entrance hall with wrought iron balustrade, large utility area, integrated garage and gym.
It is constructed with traditional cavity wall construction and timber frame dormer roof section. It has precast concrete floors and stairs with underfloor heating throughout. It has an air source heatpump supplying the central heating system. PVC windows and teak doors throughout. Quoin stones and feature window cills are reconstituted granite.
