Project details
This four bedroom dormer style home was built by direct labour with full project management by Breen PM. It comes with a large open plan entrance hallway with feature balustrade and first floor balcony, a large living room with attached sunroom and attached garage with carport.
Central heating is provided by underfloor heating using a ground source geothermal heat pump. A heat recovery system is present which reduces the demand on the geothermal system to heat the rooms. A bio-treatment sewerage system is installed which feeds an associated percolation system.
Structure
The structure consists of traditional cavity construction with precast concrete first floor and stairs. Double glazed PVC windows and doors are fitted throughout. Construction duration: 9 months.
