Construction scheduling
As part of Direct Build Project Management, construction scheduling will come as standard, however you can avail of our construction scheduling service on its own if you wish. Provide us with your plans and specification and we will prepare a recommended construction schedule. This schedule will enable you to plan ahead for elements which require notice or with long lead times on delivery. This schedule will also enable you to control your contractors, ensuring that they are working at a rate which is acceptable and alllowing other contractors to follow in an orderly fashion.
Add to this service by availing of monthly progress reports. Monthly reports will provide you with an independent view of how the project and the contractors are performing against the agreed schedule. Monthly reports will also highlight items which are due for scheduling ahead of time.
